The LT-303U-3-C is the CNC busbar processing machine for serial production, where repeatability between parts matters more than maximum capacity. It combines punching, shearing and bending in one station at a nominal force of 300 kN, processing copper and aluminium bars up to 12 mm × 160 mm. The shearing unit uses double-column shear dies for a clean, burr-free cut, and the punching unit uses a six-position turret that keeps punch and die aligned, extending tool life. Bending uses a closed structure, which raises batch repeatability. Bending accuracy is ±1° with ±0.5° repeatability, driven by 3 × 4 kW. Certifications: ISO9001:2000 and CE.

Comparison baseline: abrasive-disc cutting, which leaves a burr and needs a finishing operation. Effect: the bar goes to assembly with no intermediate grinding step.

Comparison baseline: a single-position die holder, which needs manual realignment after every change. Effect: die consumption and tool-change downtime both fall.
