Capacity of the heavy version in the family

Test condition: a copper bar of 16 mm thickness and 200 mm width processed on the 503U-3-C. Value: 500 kN nominal pressure and a punching range of Φ4.3 to Φ30 mm. Comparison baseline: the 303U-3-C of the same family, limited to 12 mm × 160 mm and Φ4.3–25 mm holes at 300 kN. Effect: the heavy busbar range is covered without buying a second machine.

Automatic positioning without marking

Test condition: punching with automatic positioning under four-servo-axis control. Value: 0.2 mm positioning accuracy, with a 500 mm stroke on the punching X axis and a 1,000 mm stroke on the cutting X axis. Comparison baseline: template punching with manual marking, where every hole needs a human check. Effect: pre-marking and the dimensional re-check step disappear from the process.

PLC-controlled bending

Test condition: serial bending under PLC control on the 503U-3-C bending unit. Value: ±1° bending accuracy, reproducible cycle after cycle. Comparison baseline: hydraulic bending with a manual stop, whose repeatability depends on the operator and on oil temperature. Effect: the batch leaves with uniform angles and no adjustment between parts.

Heavy-section bar in a single clamp

Test condition: a heavy-section bar processed in a single clamping. Value: 16 mm × 200 mm capacity, with cutting and bending in the same pass. Comparison baseline: entry-level 3-in-1 machines, limited to 10 mm or 12 mm thickness. Effect: medium-voltage panels and substation busbars are produced without an intermediate preparation step.
