Three operations without changing machine

Test condition: a copper bar of 12 mm × 160 mm processed on the 303U-3. Value: 300 kN nominal force, holes of Φ4.3 to Φ25 mm, a 12 × 160 mm cut and horizontal bending at 160 mm width. Comparison baseline: a workshop bench with separate press, shear and bending machine. Effect: the part goes through all three operations without losing its punching datum.

Part interchangeability within a batch

Test condition: serial production of busbars at a fixed bending angle. Value: ±1° bending accuracy with ±0.5° repeatability. Comparison baseline: hydraulic bending against a graduated stop, whose angular spread widens over a shift. Effect: parts from the same batch are interchangeable on the panel assembly line.

Thickness range for HV and LV work

Test condition: production of high-voltage and low-voltage busbars. Value: 12 × 160 mm capacity and a punching range of Φ4.3 to Φ25 mm. Comparison baseline: entry-level machines limited to 10 mm thickness, which is insufficient for medium-voltage busbar. Effect: the 10 to 12 mm range that dominates distribution panels is covered by a single machine.

Installation and shop-floor mobility

Test condition: installation and movement inside a panel workshop. Value: 1,320 kg weight, 1,720 × 1,220 × 1,240 mm footprint, a 1,650 × 1,050 mm table and 3 × 4 kW of power. Comparison baseline: larger 3-in-1 processing centres, with far higher weight and footprint. Effect: the machine is installed in a standard workshop and moved with a pallet truck.
